Well, well, the movie no one thought would be made is being made as we speak. It looks like they somehow got a plot that worked. Freddy, of course, will be Robert Englund, but surprising Jason will not be played by Hodder. Here is a cast list Robert Englund, Ken Kirzinger, Jason Ritter, Monica Keena, Jason Bateman, Lisa Wilcox, Brian Thompson, Kelly Rowland, Odessa Munroe, and Danielle Harris. Here is the plot according to comingsoon.net. “Ritter will play a character who finds himself pitted between the two combatants, and so his mission is to try and stay alive until the end credits. Rowland will play one of a group of friends who team up to spark a battle between the legendary evildoers Freddy Krueger and Jason Vorhees”. Lets hope that this thin plot will make a great movie. If Ronny Yu (the director) thinks real hard, I am sure he can make this a great gore filled movie, that we will all enjoy. Look for this movie around August of this year (2003).
